On October 16, the boys and girls Cross Country teams competed in the Ocean County Championships. Congratulations to Gavin Oliver on his record breaking performance. Gavin broke the cross country school record, placing 2nd and running the 5K course at Ocean County Park in 15:41. The previous record of 15:48 was set in 2006 by Raymond Coles (class of 2008). Junior Nolan Krebs also had a great meet, running a personal best time of 19:58. In the freshman boys race, Walker Krebs and Colin Ditzel each medaled, with Walker finishing in 17th and Colin finishing in 20th.
