Congratulations to Donovan Catholic wrestlers Kurt Wehner, Sawyer Ostroff and Sam Rock as they punched their ticket to the NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships in Atlantic City.

Kurt Wehner became a three time Region champion by pinning Jake Talarico of St. Peter's Prep 0:52 seconds into the first period.

Sawyer Ostroff defeated Laudan Henry of St. Peter's Prep in overtime 5-3 to win the 126 pound Region 6 Championship.

Sam Rock placed second in the 285 pound weight class as he was injured in the second period and did not continue.

All three of the boys will be wrestling in the NJSIAA State Championships on February 29, March 1 & 2 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.
